Signed up to an online entertainment platform and selected a no-deposit style perk during onboarding. After finishing the form, nothing appeared in my account—no banner, no toggle, no counter. Before I chase support, what usually unlocks these on mobile? I’m thinking timing windows, a first eligible action, or a quick identity/region check. Mine only appeared after the first eligible action. A quick refresh and re-open of the account page did the trick. The explainer here clarified the timing quirks: irishlucky no deposit
