Ireland: Opted into a no-deposit style perk—why didn’t it show, and how do I trigger it cleanly?
Signed up to an online entertainment platform and selected a no-deposit style perk during onboarding. After finishing the form, nothing appeared in my account—no banner, no toggle, no counter. Before I chase support, what usually unlocks these on mobile? I’m thinking timing windows, a first eligible action, or a quick identity/region check. Would love a clean, mobile-friendly flow that avoids loops.
