OUR PASTOR

Rev. Eric L. Bostick
Reverend Eric Bostick is a native of Largo, Florida, and the son of Minister Nathan
Bostick, Sr. and Minister Ethel Bostick. He is the youngest of three siblings and is guided by the
influence and leadership of his brother, Nathan Bostick, Jr., and his sister, Kimberly Miller.
Though raised in the church throughout his life, Reverend Bostick made a personal confession of
faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the age of 20. Since that pivotal moment, his spiritual
journey has been marked by continual growth in the knowledge of Christ and faithful obedience
to the conviction of the Holy Spirit.
Reverend Bostick answered the call to gospel ministry in 2004 and was licensed
following his initial sermon at Souls Harvest Fellowship under the leadership of Pastor Jonathan
Anderson, Sr., in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received extensive ministerial training under the
mentorship of Reverend Dr. Manuel Sykes at Bethel Community Baptist Church in St.
Petersburg, Florida, where he served faithfully for five years as an associate minister and praise
and worship leader. He was subsequently ordained as an Elder by Pastor Lee Andrew Bostick,
Sr., and later ordained as reverend by Reverend Dr. Delores James Cain upon his transition to
Heritage Christian Community Baptist Church.
Pastor Bostick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in
Criminal Justice from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania (1996). He earned
the Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio (2020), and is
scheduled to complete the Doctor of Ministry degree in May 2026.
In 2018, Reverend Bostick was ordained as Associate Pastor of Heritage Christian
Community Baptist Church in Lutz, Florida, by his beloved pastor and mentor, Reverend Dr.
Delores James Cain. Under her visionary leadership, he served as Associate Pastor and provided
oversight to the Family Life Ministries of this intergenerational congregation beginning in April
2018. In 2021, he was formally announced as Assistant Pastor and successor to Reverend Dr.
Cain. On December 1, 2025, Reverend Eric Bostick succeeded Dr. Cain as Pastor of Heritage
Christian Community Baptist Church.
Reverend Bostick has been married to his wife, Victoria Bostick, for 23 years. They are
the proud parents of a daughter, Alysia (husband Jordan St. Peux, grandson Jayce, and
granddaughter Milan), and their beloved son, Jordan Bostick. Pastor Bostick is deeply committed
to the biblical priority of family and believes that faithful ministry begins at home, with
intentional leadership that nurtures both the salvation and security of one’s household.
